Jupiter Hotel is the host to a number of exciting events throughout the year, including our popular Indulge and Waggy Hour food and beverage nights, LGBT-pride social functions, and private events such as weddings, reunions, and birthday parties.

The Jupiter Hotel is also a popular lodging choice for visitors attending conventions at the Oregon Convention Center; concerts at the Doug Fir, Rose Quarter, Hawthorne Theatre, Crystal Ballroom, Roseland Theater, and other near-by venues; and local cultural events and festivals.

Portland Latin American Film Festival Gala

PDXLAFF GALA \| Wednesday August 18th The Portland Latin American Film Festival invites you to join us for our fundraising event, a Gala Party at the Jupiter Hotel (800 E Burnside, Portland, OR 97214), on Wednesday August 18th. Cinephiles and supporters of the Portland’s only Latin American Film Festival are invited to enjoy, and dance with the “hot” music of Dina and Los Rumberos del Caribe. Latin dance aficionados will love their salsa, bachata, cumbia, cha cha cha and merengue music. Tickets are $30.00 (must be age 21+) and include beer provided by Widmer Brothers Brewing, non-alcoholic drinks, and appetizers by Mayahuel Catering, deserts provide by Cupcake Jones, film shorts, live music and photos by PDX Photo Lounge. We will also have a raffle where you will have the chance to win many great prizes and a festival pass. Tickets can be purchased at the door the day of the event, online at www.pdxlaff.org, or in person at the Hollywood Theatre. Doors open at 5:00 PM, so don’t be late
