CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your 4 PM PST check-in to avoid a penalty. Late cancellations will be charged one night's room rate plus tax. If you need to make a change, call us as early as you can and we'll do our best to help.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. All check-ins take place at Jupiter NEXT, 900 E Burnside St, regardless of which property you're staying at.

PARKING
Parking spaces are first come, first served and available for purchase at check-in. While you get situated, you're welcome to use the 15-minute loading zone on E Burnside St.
Please don't leave valuables in your car. The Jupiter is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items left in vehicles.
INCIDENTALS
At check-in, we'll place a $90 authorization hold on your credit card to cover any incidentals: parking, add-ons, damages, and so on. Any unused portion of that hold will be released back to your card at check-out.
VALUABLES
The Jupiter is not responsible for the loss of valuables from guest rooms. If you have something you'd like to keep safe, ask the front desk. We're happy to help.
SMOKING
All guest rooms are non-smoking. If anything is smoked in your room, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be added to your bill at check-out. No exceptions.
Designated outdoor areas are available. The front desk can point you in the right direction.
PETS
No more than two pets may be housed in any guest room without prior approval of management. A non-refundable pet fee of $45 will be charged for each guest room. Service animals for people with disabilities will be exempt of these charges. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the fee. Upon request and included with the pet fee are two pet bowls for use during your stay. The bowls are to stay in the rooms and will be subject to a fee if removed.
The Jupiter reserves the right to refuse housing of any pet at its sole discretion for any reason. Outside the guest room, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times and owners must clean up after their pet. Cat owners must provide their own litter and litter boxes for their pet. If a complaint is received about a noisy or aggressive pet, the owner will be contacted. If the problem persists the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the property and may be held responsible for any complaints received from other guests due to the pet. The Jupiter is not responsible for unattended pets that may exit the guest room entry door. We reserve the right to refuse housekeeping services for those guest rooms with an unattended pet not confined to a carrier. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by or liability arising from his/her pet to any person, the guest room or any other area of the hotel and will be charged a minimum fee of $150. Payment of the pet fee does not relieve the guest of this responsibility.
NOISE AND CONDUCT
We're a lively place, and that's part of what makes us The Jupiter. We just ask that your good time doesn't get in the way of someone else's. If we receive complaints about noise or conduct, we'll issue a warning. Continued issues may result in removal from the property without a refund of that evening's charges or applicable fees.
We occasionally host events on property that may cause some noise or minor disruptions. If anything affects your stay, please contact the front desk right away so we can sort it out.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
When you stay at The Jupiter, you accept full responsibility for all room charges, taxes and fees associated with your reservation. Should a third party, company or travel partner fail to settle the balance, the registered guest remains personally liable for payment. Additionally, any significant damage to hotel property beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the card on file. We appreciate you taking care of our home while you're here.
