Meet the Decision-Makers
Founding Exhibitors are invited to Friday’s private Stakeholder Reception at Jupiter NEXT — an evening with policymakers, economic development leaders, and elected officials who want to hear directly from the people building this industry.

Help Shape What’s Next
Every Founding Exhibitor is invited to the first industry conversation about the future of Oregon’s music manufacturing community. This is bigger than one event.
The Big Picture
Portland became known around the world for craft beer, technology, outdoor apparel, footwear, and food because those industries were intentionally cultivated. Music manufacturing is already here. It already exports. It already creates high-value products. It already attracts global respect. The opportunity isn’t to build a new industry — it’s to recognize one that’s been quietly succeeding for decades and help it become one of Portland’s defining economic strengths.
Founding Exhibitor rates are intentionally designed to make participation accessible for companies of every size. This is a not-for-profit show, part of a larger economic development initiative.
The event venue offers flexible ways to present and engage with prospective buyers - three open “Marketplace” rooms for items that can be experienced via headphones and separate “Demonstration Rooms” for amps, drums and horns and larger vendors seeking focus.

Dedicated demonstration rooms let your products be heard the way they were meant to be heard — without competing with the main exhibit hall. They are for high-volume or accoustically-focused demonstrations, with or without headphones. Demo rooms can be shared, and scheduling is up to the exhibitors to coordinate. These spaces are ideal for guitar & bass amplifiers, studio monitors & loudspeakers, drums, cymbals & percussion, brass & woodwind, acoustic strings, and other products requiring high-volume or sound isolation demonstrations - because some products need to be experienced at full volume.
Music Craft NW welcomes companies across the full spectrum of Oregon and SW Washington music product manufacturing
From one-person workshops to internationally recognized brands.
The Bigger Picture
Every Founding Exhibitor will be invited to the first industry conversation about the future of Oregon’s music manufacturing community — a long-term effort to catalog, connect, and grow one of the PNW's most distinctive traded-sector industries.
