START YOUR DAY RIGHT

Give yourself the gift of a great morning by meditating with Shambhala Meditation Center of Portland. It's online via Zoom, so you don't even have to change out of your PJs to get your mind right and your day started. Sessions are one hour long from 8-9am and are followed by some contemplative discussion for the half hour following meditation. The practice is open to everyone, and you can come and go as your schedule allows!

You don't have to be high as a kite to know that stoners love food. Okay, okay, that's a huge generalization because who doesn't love to eat?! RUN, DON'T WALK

Feel the need to get your feet moving? Join Heathen Brewing Feral Public House in their yearly 420 ReDankuless Run, ending in a chance to cheers to your heart's content. This Vancouver, Washington brew pub offers beer, cider, and wine, and for you alcohol-free folks, we highly recommend their housemade Root Beer of the Gods! Before you imbibe, however, meet up at Loowit Brewing and run the .420 miles (you read that right) to Heathen Brewing, starting promptly at 4:20pm.

Portland's music scene is back in action, and if you're like us, you're always looking for sweet beats to keep you going. In honor of 4/20, check out experimental bass band Eazybaked on their Intertwined Tour at 45 East, right across the river on SE 3rd St in the Jade Room!

In a final celebratory move, dance it up at one of our fave hotspots The Goodfoot, where you can see/hear/feel iconic female drummer, music producer, vocalist, composer, songwriter, music director, and entertainer, Crystal Martin (Madame Golong). Truly known for her electrifying performances, she brings her full band for her Goodfoot debut.
